SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

  

All Oddity Apparel items are made-to-order so it can take around 1-5 days to be prepared. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL and may take 1-5 days to arrive. 

*Please note that the shipping DOES NOT include the processing time.  

Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.  

Some orders may experience delays due to COVID-19. ( Maybe 3-4 weeks) I know, I know I hate COVID !!!!!  But PLEASE BE PATIENT !! We Gotcha !!

International orders (outside of the U.S.) may incur additional duties and/or taxes, which must be paid by the customer. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

 

Damages/ Issues 

Returns are limited to productions damages, defects, and wrong items only. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of these issues occur. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at returns@iwearoddity.com with your name and order number along with a brief description of your return request. Worn items cannot be returned.  

We will provide you with instructions and next steps on how to get the item returned. You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or exchange. Please remember that refunds can take some time to apply back to your back account, or credit card company. 

Courier Returns 

If your item is returned to Oddity by the courier service, you are responsible for the shipping cost only if your at fault. (i.e. Wrong address)
